⚠ NFA Item - NFA Tax Stamp Required
An individual, corporation or trust purchasing this item MUST file ATF Form 4 - Application for Tax Paid Transfer and Registration of Firearm (ATF Form 5320.4). The application fee is $200 and requires fingerprints as well as an FBI background check. The process can take upwards of 10 months to complete. Transfer: NFA items may only be transferred to an individual, corporation or trust by an FFL licensee who has a Class 3 license (i.e. is a Special Occupancy Taxpayer). The Class 3 FFL Dealer may charge an additional fee to process the paperwork, store the NFA item and process the transfer when your Form 4 is approved.

The basic process is as follows: 1) Purchase the NFA Item, 2) File ATF Form 4 ($200+Fingerprints), 3) Wait for Approval, 4) After Form 4 Approval, Class 3 Dealer transfers the NFA item to the entity specified on Form 4.

The QD system is design perfection. One hand removal in just seconds. No wobble” no seizing” no affected performance; just easy on” easy off” with minimal point of impact shift and no loss of precision. Hunting? Fighting? Competing? The Stellite® baffles are welded into a solid core for added strength and durability. An innovative 7.62 design first” the front cap is detachable and features an integrated flash hider. This affords better performance” particularly in low light conditions. The detachable front cap also provides some level of insurance should the Sandman-S™ get dropped or abused. This equals trouble free replacement in the field.
